The Dermatology Center of Indiana in Greenwood, IN is recruiting an experienced full-time Medical Assistant / LPN to join our dermatology and medical aesthetics team. The role involves room preparation, taking vital signs, patient interviews, and assisting physicians during procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating tests, processing specimens, handling referrals, documenting visits, and maintaining supply inventory. Prior dermatology experience and EMA EMR familiarity are highly valued.

Competenze

• Licensed medical assistant or higher nursing degree.
• Minimum of one year of dermatology office experience.
• Experience with EMA EMR preferred.
• Strong patient communication and charting skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Prepares exam rooms and supplies between patients.
• Takes vital signs and assists physicians with procedures.
• Assists with specimen handling and processing for outside labs.
• Schedules tests and referrals and coordinates with testing sites.
• Pre-certifies medications and tracks referrals.
