Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners LLC is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant in Beverly Hills, CA. You will support dermatology clinicians by taking histories, documenting medications, and assisting with biopsies and cosmetic procedures in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include patient prep, scribing, specimen collection, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms. Prior dermatology experience is preferred but not required; HS diploma and MA training are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Prior dermatology exposure is preferred but not required.
• Experience with busy clinical workflows and patient coordination is essential.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits.
• Document medical histories and current medications in the chart.
• Scribe notes for Physicians/Providers during visits.
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
• Collect path/lab specimens and notify patients of results; schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and stock supplies; handle back-office tasks.
• Operate basic office equipment and support front-desk duties as needed.
