Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners seeks a friendly and professional Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced dermatology clinics. You will escort patients, document histories, and support physicians during exams and procedures in a patient‑centered care environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in a medical office, dermatology/cosmetic experience preferred, and strong communication. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a expanding network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a medical office as a medical assistant.
• Dermatology and cosmetic experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from the exam room and prepare them for evaluation.
• Enter complete medical histories and current medications into the chart.
• Assist physician/provider by scribing notes in the medical record.
• Assist with setting up biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare and collect path and lab specimens, notify patients of results, schedule follow-ups.
• Daily cleaning and organizing exam rooms and stocking supplies.
• Laboratory maintenance including cleaning and autoclaving instruments.
• Other back-office duties as assigned.
