Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent training (as applicable in CA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies.
• Review patient history, visit reason, medications, and notes in EMA.
• Assist dermatology providers during surgical and cosmetic procedures.
• Process prescription refills and verify authorization when needed.
• Answer phones, schedule patients, and support front desk when needed.
