VillageMD is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians, PAs or NPs with clerical tasks, patient flow and care within our physician-led network in New Jersey. You will prepare exam rooms, collect vitals and update EHRs.

The role requires a high school diploma, completion of an accredited MA program, BLS, and strong communication; you will handle scheduling, supplies, and coordinating care across satellite offices as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant program required.
• 0-1 year related work experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.

• Prepare examination rooms and escort patients.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and scheduling.
• Document vitals and allergies in EHR accurately.
• Assist in ordering and stocking supplies.
• Provide scribing services as needed.
