Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology clinics across multiple locations in California. The role involves patient check-in, taking histories, assisting physicians, and performing basic procedures under supervision.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of medical office experience, preferably in dermatology or cosmetic care, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working in a medical office as a medical assistant.
• Dermatology/cosmetic experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits.
• Enter medical histories and current medications into the chart.
• Assist physician/provider in the room and scribe notes.
• Set up biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
• Collect lab specimens, notify patients of results, schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and back-office equipment.
