Platinum Dermatology Partners seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to support dermatology clinics across multiple locations. You will assist providers, manage patient flow, and help deliver compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a medical office, dermatology/cosmetic exposure is preferred, and proficiency with electronic medical records. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a medical office as a medical assistant
• Prior Dermatology and cosmetic experience is preferred
• Quality written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong phone etiquette and teamwork
• Professional in appearance and mannerisms

Responsabilités

• Escort patients to and from the exam room, preparing the patient for examination
• Enter complete medical histories along with patients’ current medications into the chart
• Scribe notes for the physician/provider in the patient’s medical record
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, sutures and cosmetic procedures
• Prepare and collect lab specimens, notify patients of results, and schedule follow-ups
• Daily cleaning and organizing exam rooms, stocking supplies
• Back-office duties as assigned
