Forefront Dermatology is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to support our dermatology team. The role involves rooming patients, documenting vitals, assisting the dermatologist, and providing post-operative care in a fast-paced clinic.

Candidates should have 1+ year of medical office experience, CMA/MA certification, and be willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed. Competitive benefits and 401K available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent preferred; Forefront Derm Tech certification program may be required for non-certified MA

Responsabilités

• Rooming patients and documenting all vital information
• Scribing information for the dermatologist
• Providing post-op wound care
• Drawing blood and suture removal
• Cleaning and stocking the exam rooms
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting the dermatologist with procedures: biopsies, excisions, I&D, Mohs prep, phototherapy, injections
