Qualifications

• Minimum post high-school education in a medical support field: CMA, LPN, or RN, with Forefront Derm Tech certification if non-certified.
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred and familiarity with dermatology procedures.
• Ability to adapt to travel to other clinic locations as needed and maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital information.
• Scribe information for the dermatologist.
• Provide post-op wound care.
• Draw blood and suture removal.
• Clean and stock exam rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Assist dermatologist with procedures such as biopsies, Mohs surgery, injections, and patch testing.
