Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology clinics. The role accompanies the dermatologist during patient visits and helps create a friendly, efficient environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, scribing for the dermatologist, wound care, blood draws, and assisting with procedures. Certification pathways and ongoing training are available to enhance skills within a busy specialty practice.

Qualifications

• Post-high school medical support education and appropriate CMA/LPN/RN credentials are required or pursued.
• Experience in a medical office with dermatology exposure is preferred.
• Must stay current on state certifications, licenses, and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document all vital information.
• Scribe information for the dermatologist.
• Provide post-op wound care to patients.
• Draw blood and perform suture removal.
• Clean and stock exam rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments.
