Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a proactive Medical Assistant to support dermatology patients. You will accompany the dermatologist, document vital information, perform post-operative wound care, and assist with procedures and injections, ensuring a smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have medical office experience, CMA/DERM tech certification, and strong computer skills. Willingness to travel to other clinic locations is a plus; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar capacity is preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Forefront Derm Tech certification is a plus.
• Must maintain state certifications, licenses and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and documents all vital information.
• Scribing information for the dermatologist.
• Providing post op wound care to patients.
• Drawing blood and suture removal.
• Cleaning and stocking the exam rooms.
• Scheduling patient appointments.
