Westlake Dermatology P A in Cedar Park, TX seeks a Medical Assistant for a full-time schedule (Tuesday–Friday, Mondays off) to support a provider at the Cedar Park location. Responsibilities include patient history, consent, assisting cosmetic procedures, exam-room prep, and coordinating patient care with EMA charting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma plus MA program or college degree, and prior dermatology/cosmetic clinic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus MA program or college degree required.
• Medical assistant certification preferred.
• 1–2 years in dermatology or cosmetic clinic setting as MA/clinical assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with patient care, including history, chief complaint, and consents.
• Assist with cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.).
• Prepare exam rooms and escort patients; educate on aftercare and expectations.
