Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales is seeking a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver value across assigned accounts in the U.S.

market. The role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and expertise in navigating reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• 3+ years in pharma/biotech or related sales.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and meet sales objectives.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and plan calls.
