Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales seeks a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. You will engage dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

The role requires strong specialty selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and comfort with hybrid/virtual engagements. Travel within territory is expected as part of field-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in pharma/biotech sales.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience with dermatology or immunology products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies to drive dermatology product adoption and sales.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
• Deliver clinical messages using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement to improve patient access.
• Leverage data to prioritize accounts and plan calls across the territory.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams.
