Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales is seeking a Field-based Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. You will engage dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value across accounts within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; alternative paths include an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience
• Minimum 3 years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales or marketing or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives within a specialty dermatology market
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements
• Deliver clear, compelling clinical and product messaging using approved promotional materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve appropriate patient access
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts, plan calls, and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional partners to address customer needs
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution
