Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA preferred; 2+ years pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in project and vendor management and budget management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, legal, regulatory, medical).
• Experience with agency partners delivering tactical plans on time and on budget.
• Proficiency with SAP or SAP-like systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee promotional materials inventory management and fulfilment.
• Coordinate delivery of promotional materials to field sales with clear communication.
• Organize logistics for brand activities at medical congresses and internal meetings.
• Document procedures and workflows; propose efficiency improvements.
• Track marketing projects through RC process and coordinate prioritization.
• Manage brand operations budgeting: PO initiation, invoicing, accruals, forecast alignment.
• Support tracking of clinician education and consulting activities.
• Coordinate deployment of marketing resources across teams.
• Maintain integrated marketing calendars and monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Partner with brand leads to monitor progress against objectives and timelines.
• Support management of digital assets and promotional content platforms.
• Coordinate agency status, timelines, deliverables, project status.
