Qualifications

• 2+ years as Medical Receptionist or Patient Care Representative (PCR)
• Dermatology experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and patient-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and professional etiquette

Responsibilities

• Enter patient data into the EMR in a timely manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and phone duties
• Process payments and balance daily batches
• Multitask effectively in high-stress settings
• Route calls and coordinate with departments for registrations and follow-ups
• Assist other PCR team members as needed
• Perform general administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, mailing)
