Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies across assigned accounts in the United States. This field-based role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and the ability to engage customers across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma with 10+ years of work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
