Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. You will engage dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

Role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and comfort navigating reimbursement while engaging customers in-person or digitally. Travel within territory and hybrid engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience (see Basic Qualifications).
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales or marketing, or related healthcare provider experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and maintain a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access.
• Leverage data, insights, and analytics to prioritize accounts and plan calls.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy and execution.
