Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist in the US to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

This role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, comfort with reimbursement navigation, and the ability to engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher OR 8+ years for associate degree path or 10+ years with HS diploma.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, marketing, or aligned experience.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory/account strategies to drive demand and meet sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical/product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data/analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to address needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy.
