Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge in commercial and government reimbursement/access, and payer market expertise in the geographic region.
• Educate HCP staff on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, and payer appeals processes.
• Train HCP staff on customer support programs for the supported portfolio.
• Comply with HIPAA and protect patient privacy in communications and data handling.
• Travel up to 50–75% to support field activities across the Southeast territory.
