Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for Dermatology in the United States. This field-based role reports to the FRM Director within the Dermatology Business Unit and focuses on patient support, access, reimbursement, and prior authorization.

You will partner with Sales, Market Access, and Dupixent MyWay to deliver timely patient access and drive pull-through in a dynamic, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/healthcare; dermatology or market access a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the field subject matter expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization and appeals.
• Develop territory strategy and execute national priorities for Dupixent MyWay.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors and program vendors to improve access.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization and appeals; drive pull-through efforts.
