Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Dermatology in the New Brunswick, NJ area. This field-based role partners with Sales, Market Access and Dupixent MyWay to ensure patient access and successful pull-through across the assigned geography.

As a subject matter expert on reimbursement, you will educate providers, manage prior authorizations, financial assistance programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align national strategies with local execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with payer/reimbursement concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay and reimbursement programs.
• Lead cross-functional pull-through efforts with field teams and matrix partners.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Plan geographic business plans to improve access to Dupixent.
• Maintain knowledge of payer landscape and Utilization Management criteria.
• Build relationships with customer segments and advocate groups.
• Support HIPAA compliant patient access and problem solve escalated issues.
• Help reduce cycle time and increase conversion for Dupixent prescriptions.
