Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for the Dupixent Business Unit, covering the Boston North territory while working remotely in the US. You will drive patient access, reimbursement, and MyWay support, partnering with sales, market access, and program vendors to optimize prior authorizations and coverage.

You will build payer and provider relationships, execute national strategies, and help reduce cycle times while ensuring outstanding customer experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years in pharma/healthcare industry or related field.
• Experience with specialty biologics, reimbursement, or market access is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% for meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field subject matter expert on patient access, reimbursement, and support services for Dupixent within the US.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access, and Dupixent MyWay to drive pull-through and access.
• Develop and execute national strategies to improve payer coverage and prior authorizations.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization, appeals, and access programs.
• Build relationships with payers, providers, and advocacy groups to facilitate access.
