• Serve as subject matter expert on patient support programs, access, and reimbursement processes.
• Educate and collaborate with field personnel and cross-functional teams to drive pull-through and access.
• Plan geographic business activities to optimize product access and payer engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national payer landscapes and criteria.
• Build relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access.
