Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sales/marketing or science degree preferred.
• 5–7 years life sciences or pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Dermatology, specialty or immunology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable or office-administered biologics preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success in complex markets; product launch experience preferred.
• Strong ability to learn and apply technical product information; advanced clinical selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; effective remote work capability.
• Territory management, planning and time management skills required.
• Must live within driving distance of territory epicenter; valid driver’s license; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HCPs within the assigned territory.
• Differentiate product value proposition to healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Articulate features, uses, benefits, safety and efficacy of the dermatology portfolio.
• Gather market intelligence and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop a call routing plan to maximize calls on targeted customers.
• Coordinate distribution of product samples and promotional materials.
• Complete training and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Adhere to laws, regulations and company policies.
