Job summary

STRATA Skin Sciences, a leader in phototherapy and dermatologic innovation, is hiring a Clinical Specialist to support our Western region, based in Phoenix, AZ or the Greater Los Angeles area. The role focuses on clinical education and training for a medical laser and acne device to improve patient outcomes and support sales teams.

The position requires 40-60% travel, with prior XTRAC experience a plus. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive product

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clinicians, staff, and internal teams.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine or healthcare, ideally with dermatology exposure.
• Training skills to deliver effective product and clinical workflow education to healthcare professionals.
• Outstanding leadership, teaching and training skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and train clinical staff or teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health science, life science, or related field, or certification as a Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel 40% to 60%, including overnight travel, primarily within the territories outlined, with occasional travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education, training, and support on the company’s products to customers and internal sales teams.
• Identify training needs and deliver effective clinical education to customers and employees.
• Strengthen the sales team’s clinical knowledge and product expertise.
• Support educational initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to advance patient outcomes and drive business success.
