The position requires 40-60% travel, with prior XTRAC experience a plus. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science, life science, or related field, or certification as a Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel 40% to 60%, including overnight travel, primarily within the territories outlined, with occasional travel nationwide.

Role Description

The key responsibility of this position is to provide clinical education, training, and support on the company’s products to both customers and internal sales teams, with the goal of delivering excellent customer service, improving patient outcomes, and supporting business growth. The primary focus is a medical laser and acne device used to treat a variety of skin conditions. This position is responsible for identifying training needs, delivering effective clinical education to customers and employees, strengthening the sales team’s clinical knowledge and product expertise, and supporting educational initiatives. The role serves as a key clinical resource and partners closely with sales and cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge, support customer success, advance patient outcomes, and drive overall business success.
