Job summary

Sciton Texas is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver best-in-class clinical education and post-sale training for healthcare professionals using Sciton’s laser and light‑based technologies.

The role requires RN licensure with 3–5 years in a clinical specialist role, direct experience with energy‑based devices, and strong presentation skills. Domestic travel and hands‑on labs with physicians are expected.

Qualifications

• RN license required and up-to-date certifications.
• 3–5 years in a Clinical Specialist role within medical aesthetics or dermatology.
• Direct experience with energy-based devices (lasers, IPL, RF) is essential.
• Proven ability to educate, coach, and train clinical peers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel domestically; flexible schedule.
• Physically capable of transporting and setting up medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train clinicians on safe and effective use of Sciton laser and light-based systems.
• Deliver initial post-sale training and ongoing education as needed.
• Address clinical questions and troubleshoot with service teams.
• Develop, update, and maintain clinical training materials and guides.
• Lead physician training sessions with hands-on labs and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Product Development and other teams.
• Represent Sciton at regional trade shows and training events.
• Conduct on-site visits to support training and collect clinical data.
