Job summary

Sciton, a Silicon Valley based leader in laser and light-based technologies, seeks a Clinical Specialist in Arizona. You will deliver expert clinical education and post-sale training to healthcare professionals across the US, ensuring safe use and optimal patient outcomes.

You will lead training sessions, develop materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain clinical excellence and compliance. Travel across the US is required.

Qualifications

• RN license required and up-to-date certifications.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Clinical Specialist in medical aesthetics or dermatology.
• Direct experience with aesthetic industry and Sciton technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate clinics on safe and effective use of Sciton laser systems.
• Deliver initial post-sale training and ongoing education for customers.
• Address clinical questions and post-sale issues with support teams.
• Develop and maintain clinical training materials and guides.
• Design and implement field training programs for customers and distributors.
• Lead physician training sessions with didactic and hands-on labs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Product Development and other departments.
• Stay current with industry standards and accredited programs; attend training as needed.
• Support clinical evaluation and training program improvements.
