Job summary

Sciton, a leading provider of laser and light-based technologies, seeks a Clinical Specialist in Colorado to deliver clinical education and in-servicing across the US. You will train healthcare professionals on proper use, support product safety, and drive customer satisfaction with Sciton’s systems.

The role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years in a Clinical Specialist role in aesthetics, and frequent travel. Compensation includes salary, equity/stock incentives, profit-sharing, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

RN license required and current.
3–5 years in a Clinical Specialist role.
Direct experience in the aesthetic industry; Sciton knowledge.
Strong communication and leadership in clinical settings.
Willing to travel frequently across the US.

Responsibilities

Train and educate clients on safe use of Sciton laser systems.
Deliver initial post-sale training and ongoing education.
Address clinical questions and provide troubleshooting with teams.
Develop and update clinical training materials for current content.
Design field training programs and evaluate ongoing education needs.
Lead physician training sessions with didactic and hands-on labs.
Serve as a clinical education resource for customers, sales, and internal teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Product Development and other departments.
