Job summary

Sciton in Silicon Valley seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver clinical education and in-servicing across the US. You will train plastic surgeons, dermatologists, physicians, and staff on Sciton’s laser systems, develop training materials, and lead hands-on labs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Requires an RN license with 3–5 years in a clinical specialist role, strong communication and leadership, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• RN license required with up-to-date certifications.
• 3–5 years in a Clinical Specialist role in medical aesthetics or dermatology.
• Direct experience in the aesthetic industry; experience with Sciton technology is required.
• Demonstrates leadership, professionalism and high clinical standards.
• Proven ability to educate, coach, and train peers in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate clients (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, physicians, clinical staff) on Sciton laser systems.
• Deliver initial post-sale training and ongoing education for product usage and satisfaction.
• Address clinical questions and post-sale issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain clinical training materials and manuals.
• Design and implement field training programs for customers and distributors.
• Lead physician training sessions with didactic instruction and hands-on labs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Product Development and other teams.
