Job summary

Citizens Medical Center in Victoria, TX, is seeking an Office Manager for a Dermatology Clinic. This full-time role oversees administration, staff supervision, and coordination with the Practice Manager to meet clinic goals.

Responsibilities include staff training, workload management, billing coordination, and ensuring a safe, compliant environment. Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred; Texas licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical office management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with clinic administration and billing processes preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates training, promotions, performance counselings and evaluations of clinic staff.
• Determine training and development programs for clinic staff and arrange opportunities.
• Ensure CMP practice is staffed with trained personnel and equitable workloads.
• Liaise between clinics and Practice Manager to address concerns.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the clinical environment is safe.
• Develop and implement processes for posting/remitting billable services.
• Oversee clinics’ billing systems and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate patient data entry.
• Schedule clinic staff and manage timekeeping.
• Perform clinic-specific tasks as needed (nursing/administrative).
• Adhere to hospital policies, ethics, and service standards.
