DOCS Dermatology Group is a leading dermatology network seeking a Clinical Team Lead to oversee administrative and clinical tasks in a medical office. The role focuses on managing employee workflows and addressing providers' needs and concerns.

You will enforce policies, assist in hiring and onboarding staff, supervise and evaluate teams, manage schedules, and ensure high customer service standards while collaborating with management, nurses, providers, and executives to meet goals and budgets

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in healthcare management or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforces office policies and procedures.
• Assists in hiring and onboarding administrative and clinical staff.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Assists with staffing schedules and time off requests.
• Ensures customer service standards are met.
• Collaborates with office management, nurses, providers, and executives.
• Partners with managers to meet office goals and budgets.
• Ensures regulations and standards are followed.
• Uses EMR/billing/scheduling/timekeeping software.
• All other duties as directed.
