Job summary

The Dermatology Specialists is seeking a highly organized, motivated Business Development Associate to join our Business Development team. You will help coordinate new office openings, focusing on project management, procurement, and pre-opening setup.

You will work closely with the EVP of Business Development and gain exposure to site selection, lease negotiations, construction planning, and opening economics across markets. This is an in-office role with travel to new locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-opening processes for new medical offices with detailed project plans and status reports.
• Lead procurement and delivery coordination for medical supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Oversee physical setup of new offices and ensure readiness before openings.
• Develop repeatable processes to improve future office openings.
• Support senior leadership with growth strategy and market/site evaluations.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective locations from evaluation through opening.
