The Dermatology Specialists seeks a highly organized Business Development Associate to drive the expansion of our dermatology platform from our HQ in Long Island City. The role requires coordinating new office openings, with emphasis on project management, procurement, and pre-opening setup, and involves travel to PA and other markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead coordination of pre-opening process for new offices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams to ensure offices open on schedule.
• Identify delays or issues early and drive resolution.
• Serve as central coordinator among Business Development, Operations, IT, Marketing, and vendors.
