Epiphany Dermatology invites an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our fast-growing network of dermatology clinics. This developmental leadership position offers a 12‑ to 24‑month path toward a Clinic Supervisor role, with mentorship from regional leadership.

You will coach staff, train new hires, and uphold patient‑first service standards across our clinics. You’ll manage patient scheduling, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with privacy and safety policies.

Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in a healthcare-related customer service role.
• High school diploma or above.
• Interest in leadership development and pursuing a Clinic Supervisor pathway.

Responsibilities

• Coaches clinic staff to deliver empathetic, service-oriented patient experiences.
• Onboards and trains new team members.
• Develops and enforces clinic process standards.
• Provides coaching on performance, attendance, and customer service; escalates complex issues as needed.
• Ensures patient scheduling supports access to care and provider utilization.
• Assists staff with supply management and PHI/privacy compliance.
• Upholds Epiphany Core Values and maintains on-site attendance.
