The Dermatology Specialists is seeking a Center Manager to lead the daily operations of a dermatology center across multiple sites. The role drives patient experience, access, staff engagement, and disciplined operating costs through a data-driven approach.

Partnering in a clinical and business dyad with center clinicians, you will coach staff, optimize schedules, ensure compliance, and develop growth plans with regional leadership and Marketing.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of medical practice or ambulatory clinic management experience.
• Experience managing to a budget or P&L and using operating reports.
• Revenue cycle knowledge across registration, eligibility, and payers.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management systems and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Own the patient experience from scheduling to checkout and ensure timely, organized visits.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, reviews, and complaints; respond and close the loop.
• Manage patient flow and provider schedules to reduce wait times.
• Lead staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and performance with coaching.
• Oversee center P&L, budget, and supply costs.
• Coordinate with RCM, Credentialing, HR, IT and Marketing for center operations.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and quality compliance.
• Develop growth plans with regional leadership and Marketing.
