Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Dermatology in Illinois. This remote/field role focuses on engaging dermatology customers, presenting clinically focused messages, and driving revenue growth for atopic dermatitis and related indications.

You’ll collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and field colleagues to address customer needs, develop strategic plans, and lead promotional activities, while maintaining compliance and integrity in all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary - additional travel may be required within the assigned territory.
• Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments operating with a high degree of integrity within compliance guidelines.
• Ability to operate as a teamwork-focused partner with internal colleagues to reach common goals.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Engage Dermatology/Immunology customers within assigned geographical territory and deliver clinically focused messages to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with field-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support brand objectives and account success.
• Develop relationships with dermatology experts, office staff, and patient advocacy groups.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to generate product utilization.
• Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize budget to support execution of strategies and tactics.
• Participate in industry congresses, meetings, and conferences.
• Own business opportunities within the area, including large group practices and key targets.
