Top Echelon Software LLC is assisting a Central Illinois health system in Mattoon to recruit a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to build a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line. This physician-led opportunity offers complete clinical autonomy to design, develop, and grow a premier dermatology practice.
You will lead operations, perform Mohs surgeries, establish protocols, and collaborate with primary care, surgeons, and oncologists to deliver high-quality patient care with robust
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent; board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
- ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency completed.
- Fellowship training or proficiency in Mohs Surgery preferred.
Responsabilités
- Lead the operational setup, clinical workflow design, and rollout of a brand-new Dermatology and Mohs Surgery service line.
- Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and dermatologic conditions.
- Perform Mohs surgeries and histopathologic interpretations; establish protocols and equipment.
- Lead development of clinic layout, protocols, and referral networks with regional physicians.
- Foster patient-centered care with high clinical quality and safety standards.
