Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting a physician-led health system in Central Illinois to recruit a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to lead a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line in Mattoon, IL.

The role offers autonomy to design, develop, and grow a premier dermatology practice with strong system support. You will spearhead clinical operations, establish workflows, and build a referral network while delivering high-quality care for skin cancers and general

Qualifications

• MD or DO with MD/DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Fellowship in Mohs Surgery preferred.
• Active Illinois medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and rollout of a new Dermatology and Mohs service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers.
• Perform Mohs surgeries and reconstructive procedures as capabilities mature.
• Establish clinical protocols and equipment purchasing; guide clinic layout design.
• Develop referral networks with regional clinicians to build demand.
• Maintain patient-centered care with high quality and safety standards.
