This physician-led opportunity offers complete clinical autonomy to design, develop, and grow the practice with strong system support. You will lead the setup, establish workflow, and deliver outpatient skin cancer care, Mohs procedures, and complex dermatology management while building a referral network with primary care, surgeons, and

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Fellowship in Mohs Surgery preferred or documented proficiency.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligible).
• Active DEA registration and Illinois CSR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational setup, clinical workflow design, and rollout of a brand-new Dermatology and Mohs service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and dermatologic conditions.
• Perform Mohs surgeries, histopathology interpretations, and reconstructive procedures when capable.
• Establish clinical protocols, select equipment, and guide clinic layout design.
• Build a referral network with regional physicians, surgeons, oncologists, and APPs.
• Foster patient-centered care while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
