Acloché LLC in Mattoon, Illinois is seeking a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to spearhead and build a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line from the ground up. This unique opportunity offers clinical autonomy and strong system support to develop a premier practice serving Mattoon and the surrounding region.

You will lead operational setup, clinical workflows, and referral networks with physicians and APPs, delivering outpatient evaluation, skin cancer care, Mohs surgeries, and

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Fellowship training or proficiency in Mohs Surgery strongly preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligible for licensure).
• Active DEA registration and Illinois CSR license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational setup, clinical workflow design, and rollout of a brand-new Dermatology and Mohs Surgery service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and complex dermatologic conditions.
• Perform Mohs surgeries, tissue interpretations, and reconstructive procedures after establishing facility capabilities.
• Set clinical protocols, procure equipment, and guide clinic layout design.
• Establish a strong referral network with regional physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Foster patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical quality and safety standards.
