Job summary

Qualifications

• Negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, and other derivatives documentation.
• Experience with prime brokerage, repurchase, securities lending, futures, clearing, custody or related trading arrangements.
• Experience structuring and documenting derivatives across asset classes (equity, credit, rates, FX, commodities).
• Advising on derivatives regulatory matters including Dodd-Frank, CFTC rules and margin requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise on transactional and regulatory derivatives matters.
• Negotiate and document complex derivatives transactions in financings, acquisitions, and capital markets.
• Counsel on trading relationships, margin rules, and collateral arrangements.
• Represent buy-side participants or dealers in derivatives matters, as appropriate.
