Qualifications

• Juris Doctor is required with 4+ years of experience in equity derivatives or related field.
• Intimate familiarity with derivatives documentation and markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and independent work capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and related trade documents.
• Advise on regulatory requirements (EMIR, Dodd-Frank) and document retention.
• Collaborate with front/mid/back office and other stakeholders on due diligence and reporting.
• Prepare amendments to client investment management agreements and related documents.
