Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in financial services.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and Futures/Clearing contracts.
• Banking or financial industry regulatory knowledge.
• Strong understanding of international laws and regulatory practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiator for ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, CSAs, and related derivatives documents.
• Provide legal counsel to Markets stakeholders, interpreting laws and delivering practical solutions.
• Advise senior management on legal matters impacting trading and client relationships.
• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risk with Legal, Risk, and ICRM teams.
• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Legal across regions.
• Oversee daily legal activities and ensure timely escalation of high-risk matters.
• Drive strategic planning for Markets Contract Negotiations and develop standards.
