Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 4+ years of equity derivatives experience at a leading law firm or asset manager.
• Deep familiarity with derivatives documentation and markets.
• Strong written and oral communication, initiative, and analytical skills.
• Experience with EMIR and Dodd-Frank regulatory regimes.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and related trade confirmations.
• Negotiate Securities Financing Documentation (MRAs/GMRA/CUAs) and MSFTA components.
• Review NDAs and derivatives sections of IMAs; draft amendments to credit agreements.
• Advise on regulatory and documentation requirements for uncleared margin rules.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; lead and motivate teams.
• Conduct due diligence and manage documentation retention and reporting.
• Draft and negotiate amendments to client investment management agreements.
