Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required with 4+ years of derivatives experience.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives documentation and markets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and related trade confirmations.
• Review and negotiate NDAs, NRLS, and Derivatives sections of IMAs; draft amendments.
• Advise on regulatory requirements related to uncleared margin rules (EMIR, Dodd-Frank).
• Collaborate with stakeholders while demonstrating integrity, accountability, and leadership.
• Conduct due diligence (operational, financial, legal).
• Be the point person for front/back office documentation retention and reporting.
• Draft amendments to client investment management agreements.
• Review liquid loan amendment requests and obtain internal approvals.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and other tasks as assigned.
