Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse teams on large-scale defense programs.
• Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Direct all program phases from inception through completion, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Interface with customers to refine opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Support program reviews with internal and external customers.
• Develop and deliver presentations to customers and executives.
• Identify and manage program resources including staff and facilities.
• Identify, mitigate, and capture risk and opportunity.
• Support pre-proposal planning, including RFP shaping and capture activities.
• Guide proposal execution, team roles, and scheduling.
• Lead proposals in response to RFIs/RFPs from prime contractors.
