Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Woodland Hills, CA seeks a senior systems engineering leader to guide a team of engineers and testers on a DoD program. You will plan, execute, and close program reviews, ensure requirements traceability, and coordinate interfaces across product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience (or 10+ with MS).
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration processes.
• Experience leading DoD EMD programs and reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support technical management and execution of a team of engineering personnel including RSEs and Test personnel.
• Support the SEIT Lead plan, execute, and close program reviews and milestones (e.g., SRR, FDR, IPR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Ensure system technical compliance with the SOW and requirements.
• Support program Verification & Validation activities.
• Coordinate control and verification of interface requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Support collection and management of key systems engineering metrics and Technical Performance Measures.
• Coordinate between the SEIT Lead, Chief Engineer, System Architect and Engineering Program Manager to maintain program integrity.
